The Lake Charles Urbanized Area Metropolitan Planning Organization’s Transportation Policy Committee to vote on Amendment 11 to the FY 2023-26 Transportation Improvement Program to modify Project H.003931 CALCASIEU RIVER BRIDGE (HBI) from a Construction Phase $715 million in State Cash, $85 million in State Bonds and $700 million in Tolls in Federal Fiscal Year 2024 to Construction Phase $1.125 billion in State Cash, $85 million in State Bonds and $890 million in Tolls in Federal Fiscal Year 2024.
