Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is a contractual document that describes the coordinated transportation-planning program to be undertaken within the Lake Charles Urbanized Area. These planning activities are the joint responsibility of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LaDOTD) and the Lake Charles Urbanized Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) (as represented by IMCAL).
