MPO Bylaws
The Lake Charles Urbanized Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) combines involvement of policy makers, technical staff, and the citizens to address various facets of the transportation planning process as required by the Metropolitan Transportation Planning Regulations (23 CFR 450C).
The Bylaws addresses the objectives and purpose of the MPO, organization and structure, and the roles and responsibilities of staff and committee members.
