Carbon Reduction Program
The federal Carbon Reduction Program provides funding to projects and programs that reduce transportation emissions. The Lake Charles Metropolitan Planning Organization (LCMPO) Carbon Reduction Program is centered on priority projects and programs that support this goal as determined by the LCMPO Transportation Policy Committee.
